Course Description

If you aim at becoming a great leader or want to effectively coach a political leader to bring out the best in him/her, this program is yours! 

PCA’s Political Leadership consists of a theoretical part which includes an introduction to leadership, in general, and political leadership in particular, in addition to political leadership characteristics, role, qualities, style, competencies, etc. This part, in addition to the case studies, will help the leader develop his/her leadership style and skills, or guide his/her coach to professionally aid the politician master the critical areas in his/her journey.

In the program’s second part, PCA offers you different practical tools that will assist the leader or the coach in asking the right questions to discover one’s leadership style, define his/her vision, determine his/her strengths and improve the weaknesses.
