Every human being has an idea on who they are and their personality type. Even more, every human being tries to analyze what personality type the person he/she is dealing with has.

Personality is defined based on one’s way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Most modern-day psychologists state that there are five major personality types that include conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, openness, and neuroticism. While every person has one dominant type yet possesses some degree of each, it remains hard to communicate fruitfully with a person having a different character than ours.

Referring to typical studies to measure our personality and traits as well as that of others has helped us determine how to deal with these people, but are we really, effectively dealing with them? Or are we simply breaking down what makes each and every one of us unique?! How can we approach ‘different’ people and build healthy relationships with them? What if these people are not ready or do not want to open up to us?
